Affitto-Nizza: 3-Star Beachside Apartments with Sea Views and Kitchenettes
Accommodations
The apartment includes a kitchenette, a dining area, and a private bathroom with a balcony and sea views. The studio apartment with balcony has a pull-out couch that converts into a bed, and the sofabed offers sunrise views. Rooms are soundproofed and face the back of the building, so street noise is minimal.
Amenities
Affitto-Nizza provides a sun terrace, an elevator, and air conditioning throughout the building. A washing machine and dishwasher are available inside the apartment. The property has non-smoking rooms, family rooms, and CCTV outside the building.
Services
Guests receive a private check-in and check-out, and an invoice is provided. The host meets guests at arrival, explains the apartment and the neighborhood, and remains reachable during the stay. Security includes smoke alarms and CCTV outside the property.
Location
The apartment sits a 4-minute walk from Plage Voilier beach, and the Russian Orthodox Cathedral is 1.2 km away. Nice-Ville Train Station is a 19-minute walk, and the tram stop is near, with frequent trams to the center in a few minutes. Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is 4 km from the property, and shops, restaurants, and bakeries are along the route to the commercial area. Boating is available in the surroundings.
Guest Experience
The host, Michael, provides detailed explanations about the city and the apartment, and he can wait for late arrivals. Kitchen and bathroom staples are left by previous guests and managed by the host, which adds convenience. The sofa bed doubles as a bed, and a school next door may cause noise during school hours.
